The DVI measures the value created by diversity and inclusion within an organization, aiming to educate business leaders, offer a transparent and data-driven framework behind diversity and inclusion and provide a set of D&I best practices for others to follow. The team responsible for the development of the DVI is comprised of HCM editors, internal analysts and outside senior diversity executives — who also serve as the DVI advisory board. Participants were assessed by a cadre of practitioner judges.
