Annual learning and development benchmarking report identifies and recognizes industry performance
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Chicago, July 7, 2016 —Chief Learning Officer magazine, a publication of Human Capital Media, has published the 2016 LearningElite Best Practices and Benchmarking Report.
Established and facilitated by Chief Learning Officer magazine’s editors and the Human Capital Media Research and Advisory Group — the company’s internal research arm — this annual report has been a valuable tool for HR leaders for the past six years, establishing benchmarks and identifying the world’s most elite learning organizations.
Each year, the report provides examples of best and unique learning and development practices, offering insights into the state of the industry, as well as recognizing the success of participating L&D organizations worldwide. Through a complex application process, organizations submit information on their learning performance and current business standing, which then goes through intensive review from senior practitioners who serve as judges. After months of deliberation, the judges determine which organizations have made the list and their ranking. The sourced information is then compiled, data-mined and turned into the detailed LearningElite report.
“We are thrilled the industry continues to share our enthusiasm for the value of the LearningElite Benchmarking Report,” said Sarah Kimmel, vice president of Human Capital Media’s Research and Advisory Department. “Every year, participation is stronger and the benchmarks are more impressive. There’s an undeniable value in the breadth and depth of this extensive report, as its contents can help any organization large or small improve its L&D practices.”
